Fantastic visit of the GTM and view on Mexico's highest volcano!

After 7 years, I made it back to the US and San Fran... Great trip with an observing run at Lick Observatory (check it out, there's a flickr set) and many photos of the streets & people in SF and Berkeley, post-neo hippie university town...

For all the English (and non-French) speakers: I apologize for not writing more in English... After a month here in Mexico City, I am starting to be motivated at work, and very confortable in general with my new life. I guess my numerous photos attest that very well... Please, visit them once in a while as I create new photo sets (on Flickr) and keep adding photos to the existing ones such as : "best off", "comida", "mexico city", "Faune & Flore", etc.

I just came back from a fabulous weekend in the state of Oaxaca that hosts conflicts right now but also wonderful beaches with nearly no one on them! It takes about 13 hours to go there by bus from the DF (plus metro, taxi commuting times..) but it's really worth it even for a few days.
